Is there house-keeping?
Yes, a full house-keeping service is available.

Can we pay upon arrival?
All payments should be made in full upon booking. When you book (eg. via Booking.com) you will receive an email with the necessary payment link. Please note that your booking will not be guaranteed until the payment is completed.

Do you have a reception?
No, these are furnished apartments and your point of contact will be your guest relationship manager, who will contact you upon booking. Ensure you provide the correct contact details when you book.

 Are there any extra charges?
The charges are similar to any other hotel in Dubai, which includes a tourism fee.

 What are the check-in/out times?
Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is at 12 noon. Please be considerate of these timings as it allows us to ensure that apartments can be readied on time for the following guests.

How will I receive my apartment keys?
Your guest relationship manager will contact you on confirmation of your booking and will arrange to meet you at the Souk to complete the check-in and provide you with apartment keys.

Is there a car park available?
Yes, the Souk has three levels of parking, which are free of charge.

Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, there are two. The first is 1m in depth, whilst there is another, smaller pool for young children.
